2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
  • Products must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive defective or damaged)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive defective or damaged)
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Shipping costs for returning defective or damaged items will be covered by us.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our refund eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (please provide your details)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Request a refund for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Products with obvious signs of use or damage
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

We will notify you if a partial refund is approved and explain the deduction.

9. Cancelled Orders

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@designersplayground.xyz with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive it.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address you provided.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

11. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

If you do not wish to re-ship the order, we will process a refund minus the original shipping costs.
