• Our main products include UX / Product design workbooks, dot grid notebooks, and related accessories.
• We try to display colors, designs, and details of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
• Prices are listed in EGP and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made using the methods available at checkout (e.g., bank cards, wallets, COD if available).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship using selected courier partners within our supported regions.
• Shipping fees, delivery times, and available locations will be shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
